Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

UAESY is the controller of the personal data described here for our own account, and a processor of the data you enter about your tenants and owners. You can reach us at support@uaesy.com.

2. Data we collect

Account data: your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), preferred language, and role.

Company and portfolio data you enter: company details, properties, tenancy contracts, tenants’ and owners’ contact details and identity documents (for example Emirates ID), payments and expenses.

Usage and technical data: log data, device and browser information, IP address, and, where enabled, error and session diagnostics used to keep the service reliable.

3. How we use it

To provide and secure the service, authenticate you, process subscriptions, send transactional and (where you opt in) notification emails, produce your reports, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability.

4. Legal bases

We rely on the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the service, your consent (for example for optional notifications and non-essential cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us operate the platform — for example cloud hosting, email delivery (Resend), and error/analytics tooling — under contracts that require them to protect it. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UAE. Where they do, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection consistent with applicable UAE data-protection law.

7. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for any period required to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, optional passkeys and two-factor email verification, and rate-limiting of sign-in attempts. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of serious incidents as required.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us. Data your company entered about tenants or owners is typically handled through the company account.
