Terms of Use
Last updated: 1 August 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of UAESY, a property-management platform for landlords and property managers operating in the United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
1. The service
UAESY lets you record properties, tenancy contracts, rent payments and expenses, generate reports, and collaborate with colleagues in your company. We provide the software "as a service"; you remain responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for how you use the outputs.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. The company owner may invite colleagues and assign roles (owner, admin, manager, viewer); each role has different permissions. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Subscriptions, plans and billing
Paid plans (Landlord, Habibi, Enterprise), optional add-on seats and feature modules are described on our pricing page. Fees are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of any applicable VAT. Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans each year until cancelled.
While billing in the product is currently simulated for evaluation, once live payments are enabled charges are due in advance, are generally non-refundable except where required by law, and a failure to pay may lead to suspension or downgrade of your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no infringing others’ rights, no attempts to breach security or access data that is not yours, no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, and no uploading of malware. You must have the right to store any personal data you enter about tenants, owners or others.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you put into UAESY. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, UAESY is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination you may request an export of your data for a limited period, after which it may be deleted.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate in which the service is provided. Disputes are subject to the competent courts there.
